We are happy to give a discounted fee to those that choose to host educational workshops at The Bird House and inspire fellow artists. There are options for various durations for your workshops and incorporated land-based activities to make your workshop one to be truly remembered. Share your expertise and passion in a supportive community environment.
Artist in Residence Pricing for Retreat Space:
One Night
$125 + 10% of workshop fees
Two Weeks
$1022 + 10% of workshop fees
Weekend
$225 + 10% of workshop fees
Three Weeks
$1533 + 10% of workshop fees
One Week
$679 + 10% of workshop fees
One Month
$1999 + 10% of workshop fees

Cleaning Fees
No Chores, Just Comfort
No trash runs or bed-stripping — you’re here to relax. Feel free to help out if you like, but it’s not required.
The cleaning fee is $25 for up to 6 nights, $40 for 7+ nights — covering laundry, supplies, and the occasional pine needle that sneaks in (nature’s confetti).

If you’re here to create, we love that! Just please clean up any messes (like spilled paint) right away — we want to keep the floor, walls, and sink looking fresh for everyone. We’ll handle the rest.
