The room includes:

Private bedroom/bathroom
Coffee/Tea maker
Mini fridge
Open concept studio space
A shared kitchen in a separate building (no cooking in The Birdhouse)

Check in time: 2pm on first day of stay.

Check out time: Noon on last day of stay.

The artist is responsible for supplying their own materials. An artist in residence is additionally responsible for supplying materials needed for any workshops they host.

All prices listed are per person and before tax (HST)

The studio space is available to rent for meetings, workshops, team building, and small parties/events

The room includes:

Large utility sinks
Coffee / Tea maker
Studio space suitable for up to 12 people

Minimum group size for renting the studio is at least five guests
